Early Spring Gathering – Wed 9 Sept

Crop planning, rotations & garden tools

What’s your favorite gardening tool?

Watch out gardeners, spring fever is taking hold! Are you ready to jump into the new growing season and shake off the winter blues?

Join us at our next Seed Savers Albury-Wodonga gathering for a chat about using crop planning and rotation in your garden.

We’ll also be talking tools, so bring along your favorite and share what makes it indispensable.

Please note the change of date for this event, which was originally scheduled for Saturday the 5th of September.

Members can take advantage of our seed bank on this evening for any spring or summer seeds you might be seeking (see our current seed list for reference).

Where: National Environment Centre (TAFE NSW), 97 Ettamogah Rd, Thurgoona.
If you haven’t been there before, please check the map – it can be confusing.

When: 6:30pm to 8pm, Wed 9th September, 2015.

Bring: a plate of something to share if you wish; your favorite garden tool (or photo of it or just tell us about it).
Got a friend who fancies spending time in the garden or growing food – see if they’d like to come along too. We ask a $4 contribution from non-members at our gatherings.

Give us a hand? Members’ help to set up or pack up is always appreciated and speeds things along – please let us know if you’re available.
