Integrating animals in your garden

Animals in your garden (1)

Next event: 20th March, Wodonga

Have you had a go at integrating animals into your garden? Come along to this session and tell us what you’ve done in your patch to include, exclude or manage animals. We know there are benefits to having animals in the mix, but how can we ensure they don’t destroy the garden? We’ll also discuss tips and tricks for dealing with less-desirable animal visitors, like roaming cats, rodents and black birds.

Maybe you’ve got some photos (of either success or failure with animals!) or an article or book you think others might be interested in on this topic? Bring it along, or just tell us about it.

This is the first chance for members to access the seed bank this year. Stock up for your autumn and winter plantings.

When: Tue 20th March, 6:30 – 8 pm.
Where: Sustainable Activity Centre, Lincoln Causeway, Wodonga (next to Hot House Theatre and La Maison Cafe)

Plus the usual arrangements:
– We’ll have a trade table for cuttings, seedlings, snacks or other things to share.
– Members and guests are welcome to attend. We ask for a $4 donation from non-members to assist with our insurance costs.
